Big Sentiments

Happy Tuesday morning. Welcome to another Tuesday Morning Sketch. It is a fun one, an opportunity to pull out those big sentiments.

I have a thank you card to share.

You will never guess where the beautiful paper is from. It is an envelope flap upcycled from some free cards I got in the mail.  Do you get the free ones from a charity asking for money donation? I always cut them apart and make custom cards. I only had enough good pattern for portrait orientation. The sentiment is from Tonic Studios. I used an unbranded floral E/F on the white.

Come on over to Tuesday Morning Sketches and check out the design team's cards and enter your own creation.

  1. I always look at the cards and envelopes to see what parts of them I can upcycle to make new cards. And if I can't use them for card parts, I look to see if there is any plain or patterned parts that can be used for sentiments, die-cutting, etc. I love how you used the envelope flap on this card. It really adds a preey focal area.
