Two-fer Balloons

It has taken me awhile to get inspired to make 2 cards with balloon themes for Darnell"s Two-fer Challenge

I could come up with a traditional one because I have a large balloon die from SU. The balloon is die cut from a striped scrape and winked with Stella. (Darnell, I think I need Hammy to visit to give that some more schparkle!)  The Panda is also SU. Die cut letters are Tim Holtz.  I wrapped some twine around the balloon and the panda's arm so he could hold on for dear life. I will send this to Send A Smile 4 Kids

I finally decided on what to do for the second one after checking out Cheryl's blog Paper Panacea today. She used a hot air balloon die cut, cut it in two and inverted it to make a pretty vase with succulents in it. Made me think "terrarium"
I cut the balloon from a light blue scrap and a piece of vellum. I stamped and die cut some succulents (by SU) to put behind the vellum. The base of the terrarium is the die cut jar lid from SU's Jars of Love.  More paper scraps by SU and some sequins to finish it off. This one is from the sketch by Freshly Make Sketches

Fishin' Hole

I have a NBUS stamp purchased to make little boy cards for Send A Smile 4 Kids
So cute!
The papers are all Stampin' Up!. The image is Stampendous colored with Stampin" Blends. The 2 little fish are a die from PoppyStamps. A little twine bow accents.
I used the sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches
I really like this sketch so decided to do another one more girly. This one uses papers from The Paper Studio. It is for my 5 year old granddaughter's birthday.

Scrappy Thanks

I have made several cards with the Gingham 6x6 papers from SU. There are scraps left after trimming the paper down to card size.
Pixie's Crafty Workshop challenge is always anything goes using scraps from your stash.
I used the gingham 1/2" x 4 1/4" scraps to weave a background. Die cut a scallop and then white circle. The flower is an old unlabeled one colored with Stampin' Blends.. The sentiment is Inkadindadoo flagged and popped up on foam tape.
I am playing in the Scrappy Challenge for the cool prizes offered.

Frog with Specs

The images in Stampin" Up!'s So Hoppy Together set are so fun. And they are free with a $50.00 order until the end of March. So my DH says they are really not free if I had to spend $50.00. Men! They just don't get it!
The papers are SU. I colored the frog with Stampin" Blends. The sentiment is a digi by From The Heart.
The layout is a sketch form Tuesday Morning Sketches

Peeking Frog

March is for green--shamrocks, grass, flower stems. All of which I wish would emerge from the snow. I know I don't have as much snow as some of you. You all must really be ready for spring too. Mother Nature needs to get the message, spring is arriving in 16 days. Let's have a little hint of it.
I have a green, spring card, maybe it will get me in the spirit even if the weather is not cooperating.
For the challenge at Lets Craft and Create which is anything goes, options of green things.
The background paper is Sea Foam Green The DSP is from SU die cut with a die from Simon Says. The green frog is from SU, colored and fussy cut. The sentiment is also SU.
I have used the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch!
Since I definitely have spring fever, I am also entering at The Paper Players
And what little boy doesn't like frogs. I will be putting this in my stash to send to Send A Smile 4 Kids
