Shower

For a baby shower, not knowing the gender, I had to use all the pastel colors.

I recently purchased a 12x12 paper pad by Recollections at Michaels. It has the sweetest papers--rainbows, unicorns, polka dots and 3 pages of specialty designs. The cloud and rain drops are one of the designs. The sentiment is SU stamped on a punched out cloud which has been sponged with Pool Party Ink. Behind the cloud are SU punched "sprigs" that I thought maybe would look like splashes of waters. I popped up the cloud on foam tape. Here is a better view of that.
I used the sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches
Amended:  OOPS I did 2 blogs on the same day and I entered the wrong blog to Tuesday Morning Sketches. Let's try this again.

Sweet Dreams

The papers in the Recollections paper pack called Rainbows to Dreamland are so pretty and fun to make little girl cards for Send A Smile 4 Kids.
The rainbow and clouds are cut outs from one of the pages. The 2 polka dot strips are from the scrap box. I cut out one of the unicorns to attach to the top of the rainbow. A tiny ribbon accents the top of the cloud.  The sentiment Dream is from SU.
I was inspired by the sketch from Hand Stamped Sentiments turned sideways.

Wedding Card

It is summer. 'Tis the season--no not Christmas, but wedding season. I have a CAS wedding card to share for Freshly Made Sketches
In my stash, I found a piece of vellum with rose buds. I used it in the background. The center embossed flower is from a SU embossing folder. I cut it down to show only the center flower. That is backed with some red vellum. I can't remember who makes these tiny tag dies. They were just right for the sentiments.
Here is the FMS sketch

Masculine

I have some men's birthdays coming up. Since Let's Craft and Create challenge is "You're the Man" this is a good time to do a masculine birthday card.
I found this double sided paper in Wishful Thinking, a craft store near me. It was on sale for 25 cents each. I wish I had bought more. I've used so much this past month. The wheels stamp is by dkdesigns. The Happy Birthday is from SU. The silver gems add more industrial theme.
Go on over to Let's Craft and Create and enter. They are even offering a prize.
I am using the design from Tuesday Morning Sketches
I switched up the oval for a square. I think it looks a little more masculine.
