Valentine for Grandson

I have sent Valentines and treats to the grandkids since they were born--the oldest is now almost 18. The girls are easy but I am really struggling with what to do for Valentines for my 2 teenage grandsons. Maybe they are getting too old for Valentine's? They probably just want the candy anyway.

One of the grandsons had a particularly nasty bike wreck a few months ago.  He is fine and all has healed well. Hopefully he will see the significance and humor in this card. Poor frog trying to ride a unicycle and juggle his hearts. Looks like he fumbled a couple.

The frog is a retired SU stamp, colored with SU Blends. The red/white strips are leftovers from some Christmas paper.  The stitched label is from Pink and Main. And of course every frog needs googly eyes.

I am entering this in the challenge at Cardz 4 Guyz  "Something Beginning with P". In my case it is pedal.

Also entering at Global Design Project theme challenge

  2. This is a brilliant card! I know you say you struggle, but you seem to pull it off without a hitch. I am now agonizing over what kind of card to make my son for his 48th birthday next month. I can hardly believe he will be that old already. I still think of him as my little boy!
