I hope to bring a little happiness to someone's day with this cute little bluebird.
You have to enlarge the picture to see the scrolling embossing which also includes the bird in the corner. It is an embossing folder from Darice. I watercolored the bird with SU inks and brush. Stamped a sentiment from Hero Arts in the center. Boo-Boo in the lower left corner is covered by 3 punched flowers and leaves which turns out to be a good thing as it balances the card.

That's such a pretty embossing folder. I haven't seen that one before. I'll have to watch for it at Michael's or Joann's. I think this card will definitely delight its recipient.

ReplyDeleteAh, the embellishment opportunity aproach - often resucues a card round here too! This is such a sweet card ad the little punched flowers add a lovely finishing touch!
