The challenge at Just Us Girls is "Fast Watercolor"
My favorite fast watercolor is with Brusho Crystals. Just sprinkle them on watercolor paper and then spray with water. Easy peasy.
The DP is from SU Garden Impressions paper pack. The dandelions are from Stampendous. The sentiment is an unlabeled on. The labels are SU punches. I added 3 pink sequins for some bling.

I haven't used my Brushos in SO long. I really need to get them out and have a good, messy play with them. Your card is beautiful. I love that dandelion stamp.
