Exciting news at our house yesterday. We are going to have another granddaughter in July. She has 2 older brothers, so there is lots of excitement in their house too. That was on my mind as I sat down to do the sketch from Pals Paper Arts
I just had to make a baby girl card.
I just had to make a baby girl card.
I used a whisper white card base and then gumball green. The DPs are from Paper Pizzaz. I didn't want to obscure the green check so stamped the baby carriage in Melon Mambo on vellum and then die-cut it with a scalloped oval. The sentiment is done on the computer and anchored at the top with 2 dahlia embellishments from SU.
Cute card and perfect for a girl. I love greens and pinks together. The vellum layer is soft and sweet. Thanks for joining us at the Pals Paper Arts this week!
ReplyDeleteHow exciting, Donna! Congratulations! I have 5 granddaughters, so I know how much fun they are. Love your card, especially the sentiment. Girls do, indeed, rock!
