square card with gift bag

The challenge for this week at MoJo Monday is square or round shaped cards. I don't usually do square cards and thought it time to meet the challenge. Here is their sketch choice:

 This gift bag idea and the decorative slot die is from the uber talented Laurie Willison. You can see her creation here. Can you believe it, she even designed the die, had it manufactured, and marketed. Go check her blog www.soapboxcreations.blogspot.com. She even does a video on how do the bags.
Here are my samples.

The cards are 4x4. Except for that rocket strip, and the button brads, everything is from SU. Here is the inside of the cards. I made them generic so they could be used for b'days or Mother's and Father's day.

This is a great technique if you are making a really loaded front on your card. No need for an envelope to smash down all those pretties. I am really in love with this idea. I know I will be using it often.
