I am following this sketch today from The Paper Players:

I pulled some masculine papers from my scrap box. I think these DPs were from SU fall catalog.
The edge is a Tim Holtz die. I used the negative portion of it because I thought it looked more masculine. The stamp is also SU done in Lucky Limeade. I love the look of burlap on men's cards so I used a square but toned the white down with some Tim Holtz distress ink. Two small button brads add bling because Dad's need a little bling in their lives too!

  1. Donna, great masculine card! I love that you combined the metallic brads with the texture of the burlap and twine. Great card. So glad you joined the Paper Players this week

  2. Love all the texture, and the font of the sentiment. Great guy card! Thanks for playing along with us this week at The Paper Players, Donna!

  3. Great way to use the negative space of the border! The burlap and twine are the perfect accents for a masculine card...thank you for joining us at The Paper Players!
