The fun image is a From The Heart digi colored with Stampin' Blends. The DP is from a 6x6 pad that long ago lost its cover so I don't know who made it. The sentiment is from SU popped up with foam tape. Inside I did a computer sentiment "Have a Spectacular Birthday.

Oh, my gosh, this is so cute! I love those red glasses. They remind me of the red-striped glasses I had in third grade. You totally rocked that sketch!
