I read a research report on the brain and creativity. The researcher found a higher percentage of creativity in people with bipolar and other mental disorders than in the general population. Huh?
I am not bipolar but I do know spending time on creative projects certainly helps keep my sanity. How about you?

Oooooh, love that glitter paper! Perfect for a "starry" theme. I agree that crafting helps keep me somewhere in the vicinity of sanity. I've never been accused of being completely sane...and I take that as a good thing. LOL

I myself am bipolar, and the more crafty people I meet, I must say that it does seem there are a greater number of 'crazy' crafty people than 'crazy' non-crafty people ;) I always find those sorts of discussions interesting - is it the mental health issue that assists the creativity? Who knows! Fascinating stuff the human brain :)
