For the Dreamers

I suppose a lot of men dream of world adventure, sailing etc. Mine included--well not the sailing part but he loves traveling the world. And of course I love going with him! Where would we be if Columbus hadn't been a dreamer?
This week in blog land there are a lot of challenges that require masculine cards.
Tuesday Throwdown = Special Man
The Card Concept = Nautical Theme
The Kraft Journal=Just for Him
And tying them together with this sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches

I did a clean and layered card with Kraft card stock base stamped with a Tim Holtz compass with SU's Baked Brown Sugar. The ship and sand are old stamps which have lost their label so I can't give credit there. Dream is Studio G. I lightly colored in some water with a colored pencil.

  1. Beautiful card! I love the extra touch of the colored water.

  2. Oh Donna I love your card. I love that ship and your design. FANTASTIC! Thanks so much for joining us this week at Tuesday Throwdown Challenges. Hope to see you again soon.
