sketch with flowers

Okay, trying this again. I guess I need to read the whole blog contents closer. Tuesday Morning Sketches posted a sketch challenge. And I jumped on that right away with a card. When I went back to check the entries, I noticed I had missed the directive to use flowers. So here is my second attempt at the sketch
I made the inside special too:
Sadly, our niece, only 42 yrs old, was just diagnosed with breast cancer. I wanted to make her a card that let her know she is in our prayers and some encouragement for whatever she faces with treatments. The front stamp and sentiment are SU. The inside is computer generated. The butterflies are an embossolit by Sizix for SU. The ink is SU's Melon Mombo.
Here is theTuesday Morning Sketch:

  1. Oh, Donna, my heart goes out to you & your niece. My best friend just went through a double mastectomy (at 37) and I have an inkling of the fear and heartache you are feeling now. I'm sending you huge hugs.
I love this card - pink and green are such a wonderful combination - and you've chosen such great sentiments to convey your support. I'm really glad you came to play again :)

  2. I'm sorry to hear about your niece! This card will be a great encouragement to her and prayer is the best thing you can do for her!
Thanks for joining us (again) this week at Tuesday Morning Sketches!!

  3. Sweet card, Donna. Thank you for using our sketch this week at Tuesday Morning Sketches!

  4. This is a lovely card! I'm glad you played along with us. My heart and prayers to your niece. My sister is a 5 year survivor - there is hope. Thanks for joining us at Tuesday Morning Sketches.

  5. So pretty. Love the little bit of bling. Thanks for playing with us at Tuesday Morning Sketches.
