New Technique

Another NBUS card for Darnell.
This one has a new stamp (Lotus Blossom) from SU. And a new technique--triple stamping. Took some  practice on scraps before I was happy with the results.. I used SU's Melon Mambo and Color Box violet. Both are really intense colors so I stamped off at least once for each layer. The sponged Color Box sky blue came about because I smudged a pencil mark. Turns out I kind of like it better that way. The sentiment is from SU.

  4. Ha, I just did the same thing on one of my recent posts. Only I acted like I meant to go all pouncy on my pad with a cotton ball to make my sky, when the truth is, it all started with a smudge! I kinda liked mine, and I REALLY like yours! Great triple-time stamping, too! Thank for playing again, Donna! Hugs, Darnell

  5. I love how it turned out! My sequins or embellishments are often strategically placed to cover ink smudges :)
