Tribute to Dad

I am combining Simon Says Stamps Challenge with this sketch from Freshly Made Sketches:

to pay tribute to all the things found in my Dad's garage/workshop. I guess it is true girls marry men like their Dad because all of these are in my hubby's workshop also.
The base is Kraft cardstock. The scrap lumber DP is well--scrap paper. Dad is from SU stamped in black. The banners are left to right: burlap, duct tape, tape measure, painter's tape, drywall tape. Shop twine ties it all up on the left.

  1. What a fun idea, Donna! I need to remember this! Thanks for becoming a follower of Paper Panacea. It'll be run to see what each other has been up to in papercrafting. So jealous of your retirement--hope to retire myself at the end of the year. Fingers crossed that all goes as planned!

  4. This is such a great card for Dad! Love the really masculine feel and the different mediums that you used for the flags. Thanks for sharing with us at Freshly Made Sketches this week!
